If you are having trouble listening to or viewing a lecture you may not have RealPlayer installed or the version you do have may be outdated. Download Free Real Player here or from the Forum Network homepage link to get the latest RealPlayer. Need more help, try Real Networks' RealPlayer Help.
How do I purchase a videotape or transcript of a lecture?
WGBH licenses this lecture content for the purpose of webcasting it on the WGBH Forum Network. We are not permitted to distribute copies of this material either on tape or in transcript form. However, the organizations that sponsored the event often offer video or cassette tapes for sale and may be able to help with your request. To go to an organization's website, please click the partner link or logo at the bottom of the lecture description or in the RealPlayer window.
How can I contact the lecture speaker or panelists?
We are not authorized to provide this information, and, in most cases, do not have this information. You may want to contact the organization that hosted a particular speaker to see if they can assist you. To go to an organization's website, please click the partner link or logo at the bottom of the lecture description or in the RealPlayer window.
How do I know when a Coming Soon lecture will be available?
We do our very best to make our lectures available online as soon as possible after the actual event. Typically, it takes us about a week to process each lecture. However, during the heavy lecture seasons in the Fall and Spring, we do sometimes get a bit behind and for this we rely on your patience with us.
How can my organization become a Forum Network partner?
Please go to the Contact Us page and submit your request, or write to the WGBH Forum Network at WGBH Educational Foundation, 125 Western Avenue, Boston, MA 02134.
What is the "XML New Lectures" link for?
WGBH Forum Network lectures are now available through RSS feeds which allow you to have updates from your favorite sites automatically delivered to your desktop or digital device. To use this service, you must register with a free RSS news reader or aggregator (entering "RSS readers" or "RSS aggregators" in a search engine will produce a list of available services.) Once registered, you will be informed of any new lectures we add to the WGBH Forum Network simply by adding the WGBH Forum Network's RSS feed to your customized RSS list. Please note that the XML link on our site merely indicates that we provide this service; it does not access the actual content. For more information of RSS feeds please go to www.wgbh.org/rss.
